If you have changed your official mobile phone number, you must go in a Credit Europe Bank branch and update your personal data.
7. Do I need to register in order to access AVANTAj2go?
You can download, install and use the application (without having access to the Cards menu) without having to register. If you want to access the Cards menu and view the complete content, you must register and authenticate each time.

In order to reset the PIN and be able to access AVANTAJ2go, you need to contact CEBLine customer service at: 0801.000.000 (Telekom Romania network) or 0750.000.000 (any fixed or mobile telephone network, including international).
9. How can I change the AVANTAj2go PIN?
In order to change the PIN of the application access the menu MORE > select the right-top corner icon Settings > Choose the option Change PIN code.

In order to change the language of the application, you need to access MORE menu > select the top-right corner icon Settings > Choose the Select language option and select the desired language.
11. What happens if I enter the wrong PIN code several times?
If you enter the wrong PIN three times, your account is blocked automatically and you need to contact CEBLine customer service: 0801.000.000 (Telekom Romania network) or 0750.000.000 (any telephone network fixed or mobile, including international).

In AVANTAJ2go application, you can add all Credit Europe Bank Mastercard/VISA credit cards (Card Avantaj, Optimo Card, CEB Diamond).

No, you are the only person who can install the application on your personal devices and who can register. We recommend that you do not share your personal data or other access codes with another person.

Yes, you can access your credit card information at any time, from anywhere, if you have an internet connection! If you are using roaming, do not forget that you have to pay the costs of the mobile operators related to the use of the internet when in roaming.
17. What are the data needed to register for the AVANTAJ2go application?
You can register in ADVANTAG2go application using both the CNP and the telephone number registered in the relationship with the bank, or the customer code and the telephone number registered in the relationship with the bank.
18. Can I also find the credit card statement in the application?
In AVANTAJ2go, you can see the total payment amount from your statement and the minimum payment amount for the last statement issued. For more details, please refer to your credit card statement.
