In order to maintain a solid business relationship, we recommend that you keep us informed of any changes in the information or documents previously provided to the bank. Thus, you can initiate the data update whenever changes occur, such as a change of identity document, address, telephone number or e-mail address, source of funds transacted through bank accounts, occupation, name of employer or nature of own activity, purpose and the nature of the business relationship with the bank. At the same time, the bank will periodically request the updating of your personal data, notifying you in advance.

  • You can update your data by accessing the link above. Through the platform for communicating personal data to the Bank, your data is collected and used to update them in the Credit Europe Bank (Romania) SA systems.

    Before you start, please keep in mind that you must already be our client, be over 18 years and have full legal capacity, Romanian citizenship, tax residence only in Romania, be the only real beneficiary of the funds and have both a valid identity card and a mobile phone number issued in Romania.

    Please have your identity card handy because you will need it.

    At the end of the data update process, we will send you an email confirming the update of your personal data in the Bank's system.

    If you do not agree with the process of updating the data through the platform, you can update your personal data in any Credit Europe Bank (Romania) S.A. branch, having an original identity document.

  • Neglecting to update your personal data can have serious consequences. It's an essential step in your relationship with your financial institution, helping to meet legal and contractual Know Your Customer requirements.

    It is a mandatory process and failure to update your data may result in restricted access to the banking products and services you have from Credit Europe Bank.

  • The personal data should be periodically updated, regardless of whether or not changes have occurred in the meantime.

    We will notify you in advance of the need to update your data, reminding you of the date by which the update must be done. If you do not comply with the notification, you should know that access to the products and services offered by the Bank may be restricted. The Bank may also decide to terminate the business relationship.

  • Law no. 129/2019 for preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing and BNR Regulation no. 2/2019 establish the minimum set of Know Your Customer measures.
