  AVANTAJ2go is the first mobile application dedicated to credit card information and CardAvantaj promotions.

• 2. What are the AVANTAJ2go functionalities?
  • You instantly see the balance and the transactions of your Credit Europe Bank credit cards, you can see the amounts available in your account, transactions made with the card, the accumulated bonus as well as the value of the monthly installment;
  • Discover the partner stores on the map (according to GPS coordinates), as well as the number of installments available for each partner;
  • View information about active CardAvantaj campaigns;
  • Whenever you want to shop online you can activate/deactivate your card for online payments;
  • You can authenticate using your biometric data (fingerprint or Face ID) or a PIN code that you set.
• 3. What are the costs of the AVANTAj2go application?

  Installing, using and registering in the application are free.

• 4. Do I need to sign any additional contract/documentation for AVANTAJ2go?

  No, you do not have to sign a separate contract to download, install and register in the AVANTAJ2go application. All you have to do is enter the App Store / Google Play to download the application and when registering in the application you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

• 5. For what operating systems is AVANTAj2go available?

  AVANTAj2go application can be installed on the iOS 10 + or Android 5.0+ smartphones.

• 6. I have changed my official mobile phone number and I cannot register in the application. How can I change the phone number in order to receive the SMS with the registration code?

  If you have changed your official mobile phone number, you must go in a Credit Europe Bank branch and update your personal data.

• 7. Do I need to register in order to access AVANTAj2go?

  You can download, install and use the application (without having access to the Cards menu) without having to register. If you want to access the Cards menu and view the complete content, you must register and authenticate each time.

• 8. How can I reset the AVANTAJ2go PIN?

  In order to reset the PIN and be able to access AVANTAJ2go, you need to contact CEBLine customer service at: 0801.000.000 (Telekom Romania network) or 0750.000.000 (any fixed or mobile telephone network, including international).

• 9. How can I change the AVANTAj2go PIN?

  In order to change the PIN of the application access the menu MORE > select the right-top corner icon Settings > Choose the option Change PIN code.

• 10. How can I change the application language?

  In order to change the language of the application, you need to access MORE menu > select the top-right corner icon Settings > Choose the Select language option and select the desired language. 

• 11. What happens if I enter the wrong PIN code several times?

  If you enter the wrong PIN three times, your account is blocked automatically and you need to contact CEBLine customer service: 0801.000.000 (Telekom Romania network) or 0750.000.000 (any telephone network fixed or mobile, including international).

• 12. What are the cards that can be added in AVANTAJ2go?

  In AVANTAJ2go application, you can add all Credit Europe Bank Mastercard/VISA credit cards (Card Avantaj, Optimo Card, CEB Diamond).

• 13. How many cards can I add in AVANTAJ2go application?

  You can add all the Credit Europe Bank credit cards you have to the app.

• 14. What do I do if I need help using the application?

  If you have any difficulties in installing, registering or using the application, you can: access the information available on www.crediteurope.ro and on www.cardavanta.ro or you can contact the CEBLine customer service: 0801.000.000 (Telekom Romania network) or 0750.000.000 (any fixed or mobile telephone network, including international).

• 15. Can family members / empowered persons / holders of additional cards have access to AVANTAJ2go?

  No, you are the only person who can install the application on your personal devices and who can register. We recommend that you do not share your personal data or other access codes with another person.

• 16. Can I access AVANTAJ2go when I am abroad?

  
  Yes, you can access your credit card information at any time, from anywhere, if you have an internet connection! If you are using roaming, do not forget that you have to pay the costs of the mobile operators related to the use of the internet when in roaming.

• 17. What are the data needed to register for the AVANTAJ2go application?

  You can register in ADVANTAG2go application using both the CNP and the telephone number registered in the relationship with the bank, or the customer code and the telephone number registered in the relationship with the bank.

• 18. Can I also find the credit card statement in the application?

  In AVANTAJ2go, you can see the total payment amount from your statement and the minimum payment amount for the last statement issued. For more details, please refer to your credit card statement.

• 19. What can I do if I accidentally deleted the AVANTAJ2go app from my phone?

  It is no problem if you accidentally delete the app from your phone, you can reinstall it at any time. You can add your cards again and access your credit card information.

• 20. What should I do if I lost my phone or my phone was stolen and I had AVANTAJ2go installed on it?

  Please contact CEBLine customer service at 0801.000.000 (you can call this number from Telekom Romania network) or 0750.000.000 (you can call this number from any fixed or mobile telephone network, including international).

• 21. Can I install the application on multiple mobile devices?

  Yes, you can install the application on several mobile devices with iOS 10+ or Android 5+.
