About the rebranding
Credit Europe Bank is undergoing a rebranding process to become Nexent Bank later this year. This change is part of the bank’s efforts to modernize and enhance its services, to further align with the current financial landscape and better serving the customers' needs.
The new name reflects a constant commitment to providing future-ready banking solutions. “Nexent” is a conceptual composition stemming from “Next”, reflecting a future-ready mindset, the letter X (a visual symbol of connection) and the suffix “-ent”, which stands for essence, presence and clarity.
While we evolve to the new name, logo and colors, all operations will continue as normal. The customer accounts, cards, savings products, credit facilities, and business services will not be affected. Customers can continue to expect reliable, secure, and straightforward financial services, supported by the bank’s local teams and digital tools.
The transition to Nexent Bank will occur over the coming period, with full implementation expected around mid-2025.
