What is the CEB-mTOKEN
The CEB-mTOKEN application helps you to authenticate, make payments and secure banking operations, from anywhere, through the Internet Banking Credit Europe Net service.
Download and install the CEB-mTOKEN application for free from App Store or Google Play on your phone, in order to be able to authenticate and authorize your transactions in the Credit Europe Bank Romania’s Internet Banking service.

What information is required to activate the CEB-mTOKEN application?
The activation of the CEB-mTOKEN application is done using the two authentication codes received by SMS and e-mail, at the telephone number and e-mail address declared in the relationship with the bank.
Do the codes initially received via SMS and email expire?
No, these codes do not expire.
What should I do if I no longer have the codes received for activating CEB-mTOKEN?
You can contact the CEBLine service at the telephone numbers: 0801.000.000 (can be dialed from the Telekom Romania network) or 0750.000.000 (can be dialed from any fixed or mobile telephony network, including international).
For which operating systems is the CEB-mTOKEN application available?
The application can be installed on smartphones with Android and iOS operating system.
Do you need a contract to be able to activate CEB-mTOKEN?
Yes, in order to receive the activation data of the CEB-mTOKEN application, you must have concluded an Internet Banking service contract with Credit Europe Bank.
Can I simultaneously use the CEB-mTOKEN mobile application and the hard token to authenticate in Internet Banking or to authorize transactions?
No. You can only use one of the authentication and authorization methods for Internet Banking.
Is the CEB-MTOKEN application safe?
Yes, the application is secure. You set a PIN that only you know it when you activate it, and you log in with this PIN every time you want to generate a code to log in to Internet Banking or to authorize an Internet Banking transaction. The security of your financial information is a priority for Credit Europe Bank.
What should I do if my phone on which I had installed the application was stolen / lost?

Can I install two CEB-mTOKEN applications on my phone for two different Internet Banking users from Credit Europe Bank?
No, a single application for a single Internet Banking user can be installed on a mobile phone.
In what language is the CEB-mTOKEN application available?
The application is available in Romanian and English. You have the option to change the display language of the application by accessing the Settings menu -> Choose language submenu.
