The Ideal Candidate

• Final year students or graduates - preferably in the Economic or Legal areas;
• At least 1 year of professional experience (experience in a call-center could be an advantage);
• Medium level of English;
• Customer orientation; excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion skills;
• Analytical ability and attention to details;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Team player.

Job Description

• Recovery of outstanding debts from individual clients, according to departmental terms and procedures, while acting politely and efficiently;
• Calls/takes the calls of overdue customers to recover the amounts owed by them;
• Informs and instructs clients about payment methods, payment deadlines, the amount of monthly installments;
• Solves any telephone complaints made by the customers and makes all the necessary efforts, working with colleagues in the department;
• Makes decisions and makes payment agreements taking into account both interests of the Bank and the needs of the client;
• Works with the branches of the Bank, other departments and other teams in order to solve any problem related to making payments by customers;
• Keeps under observation the history of customer payments;
• Complies to the procedures related to debt collection.
