Credit Europe Bank Romania closed its first semester in 2019 with a gross profit of RON 39 million

Credit Europe Bank Romania made a gross profit of RON 39 million in the first half of 2019, recording thus a period with constant and sustainable values.

„The positive dynamic from the first six months of the current year was mainly based on the balanced increase of crediting in the corporate segment, recording a constant advance compared to 2018. Also, the crediting activity on the retail segment concentrated on the credit cards portfolio – CardAvantaj, Optimo Card and CEB Diamond. 2019 marks for us solid investments in digitization which follow to encourage the use of electronic channels and we are confident that we will continue the positive trend of implementing the objectives we have for the current year”, declared Yakup Çil, CEO Credit Europe Bank Romania.

On June 30, 2019, the total customer deposits had a value of almost RON 2.9 billion, the total assets amounted to almost RON 4.1 billion and the portfolio of loans exceeded RON 2 billion.
