As Digital Product Manager* you will maintain a constant understanding of competitive market place and industry trends, leverages data, customer research and analytics to uncover customer growth opportunities. To this aim, you will do your best and:

  • Research and monitor competitor activities and market trends related to our business channels to preserve the competitive advantage of the Bank in terms of digital channels.
  • Seek opportunities to integrate and simplify activities / processes to make banking easier for our customers, using digital channels and technology.
  • Implement digital strategies to achieve digital KPIs to support the business growth by improving the banking products; this would involve:
  • Acting as a Product Manager for the mobile & web based apps that are already launched;
  • Acting as a Project Owner for the mobile & web based app development projects.
  • Drive platform innovation, as responsible for meeting business channel targets (i.e. traffic, retention, engagement, etc.).
  • Successfully interact with both internal clients (i.e. retail banking business, development and implementation teams / subcontractors) and third-party solution providers, assessing the best of their capabilities for the development of our digital products.

  • You obtained a Bachelor degree, preferably in technical area (i.e. computer science).
  • You have at least 3-years experience in banking or payments system.
  • Prior experience in banking products development and maintenance (i.e. MS Project, Confluence / JIRA, Test Automation, etc.) would be much appreciated.
  • You are able to deal with challenges, cooperatively work under pressure and promptly adapt to people and situations.
