Ideal candidate

  • Student in the final year or graduate - preferably economic or legal studies;
  • Minimum 1 year professional experience (call center experience is an advantage);
  • English - medium level;
  • Customer orientation, excellent communication skills, negotiation, persuasion;
  • Analytical capacity and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure, team spirit.

 

Responsibilities

  • Recovery of overdue debts from individual clients, according to the departmental terms and procedures, acting politely and efficiently;
  • Telephones / takes over the calls of the clients who have overdue payments in order to recover the amounts owed by them;
  • Informs and instructs clients about payment methods, payment due dates, the value of monthly installments;
  • Solves any telephone complaints formulated by the clients with whom they interact and makes all the necessary efforts, collaborating with colleagues in the department;
  • Makes decisions and makes payment agreements taking into account both the bank's interests and the client's needs;
  • Drawing up and sending the warning letters to the client;
  • Collaboration with branches, other departments and teams to solve any problem related to the customer's payment;
  • Keeping under observation the history of customer payments;
  • Application of procedures related to debt collection.
