Recovery of overdue debts from individual clients, according to the departmental terms and procedures, acting politely and efficiently;
Telephones / takes over the calls of the clients who have overdue payments in order to recover the amounts owed by them;
Informs and instructs clients about payment methods, payment due dates, the value of monthly installments;
Solves any telephone complaints formulated by the clients with whom they interact and makes all the necessary efforts, collaborating with colleagues in the department;
Makes decisions and makes payment agreements taking into account both the bank's interests and the client's needs;
Drawing up and sending the warning letters to the client;
Collaboration with branches, other departments and teams to solve any problem related to the customer's payment;
Keeping under observation the history of customer payments;
Application of procedures related to debt collection.
