Orange invoice payment through direct debit

The Orange invoice payment using the Direct Debit procedure is active since 2004. The service is very easy to use. The customer should open a current account at any Credit Europe Bank (Romania) S.A. branch.

The customer will fill in an Authorization Mandate form which will empower the bank to pay Orange invoices directly from that current account. If the customers are already account holders, they should only fill in an Authorization Mandate form. The account will be charged automatically at the due day with the amount from the Orange invoice. Partial payments are not allowed.

The service will be in use 10 days after the Authorization Mandate is filled in. In this period the invoice issued will be paid using the same method like in the previous period.
