Credit Europe Bank has signed with the Agriculture Payment and Intervention Agency (APIA) a convention for the payments of the subsidies' for farmers. According to this convention, a framework between APIA and Credit Europe Bank has been established in order to facilitate for the farmers, who have or will open a current account to one of the Credit Europe Bank branches, a quick and safe transfer of the agricultural subsidies.

"By signing this convention, Credit Europe Bank wants to involve itself actively in sustaining the Romanian farmers, simplifying for the farmers the payments of the agricultural subsidies in safe conditions. The bank also intends to increase the number of farmers who can benefit from these new opportunities and support them by creating a favourable environment, which in time will attract supplementary ways of encouragement of the farmers. We consider that we have the know-how and also the financial and technical means for sustaining the development of the agri-business and will continue to support this sector, stated Mr. Mustafa Cavusoglu, SME Marketing Head, Credit Europe Bank. The convention regarding the agricultural subsidies distribution represents just one step that Credit Europe Bank is making for supporting the farmers.
