The National Theatre of Bucharest became for one evening the host of the 8th No Cash Gala, dedicated to the official recognition of the performance in cards industry. During this gala, CardAvantaj from Credit Europe Bank was awarded for the second time in a row - "The best sold credit card".
This award that has been granted twice consecutively represents a recognition of the success that CardAvantaj has among its cardholders. During 2008, Credit Europe Bank Romania issued over 119,000 credit cards, through its branches as well as through the alternative distribution channels. "This award represents the recognition of the cards industry towards the standards imposed by this product which has multiple benefits, a product that meets the needs of its customers. CardAvantaj from Credit Europe Bank Romania is the first credit card with national and international usage which offers to its cardholders the advantage of shopping with payment in installments and bonus for each transaction made in the country or abroad. Shopping with payment in installments is available in the network of partner shops. As of today, Credit Europe Bank Romania network counts 205 ATM's, over 8,500 POS's and 120 branches and agencies.
