Finansbank (Romania) SA
Following Fiba Group's takeover of Banca de Credit Industrial si Comercial SA, a small Romanian-American joint venture, in February 2000, Finansbank (Romania) SA has become active as a universal commercial bank, enjoying full banking license issued by the National Bank of Romania. Currently the bank serves a wide client base through its 22 service locations, ranging from households, SME's, small merchants to industrial producers and multinational groups. Total asset size of the Bank reached EUR 160 million at the end of September 2004, with a profit of EUR 2.4 million for the first nine months of this year.
