Medical IMM

- The investment loan
- The loan for medical equipments acquisition from the medical equipments supplier
- The loan for financing of current needs
Beneficiaries:
- individual medical, dentists and/or veterinary cabinets, associate medical, dentists and/or veterinary cabinets, grouped medical, dentists and/or veterinary cabinets, civil medical and/or dentists companies, private clinics and cabinets
- commercial companies rendering medical services, individual practice cabinets, associate practice cabinets, grouped practical cabinets, civil practice company, rendering public services related to the medical act and in which the holder/holders has/have the profession of medical technician, private veterinary cabinets and clinics
- commercial companies - having as sole object of activity the rendering of veterinary medical services.
Documentation:
- Juridical documents of the medical cabinet/clinic;
- Financial registrations for the last 3 months (Income and expenses Journal/ Balance Sheet) and last year financial registrations (special declaration for incomes from independent activities realized for the last year, registered at the fiscal competency / Balance sheet at the end of the year).
Medical IMM - working capital loan
The destination of the credit for current needs is management of current payments and to any other short term expenses.
The loan permits multiple utilizations from the maximum limit approved along the whole duration of the loan. All utilizations from the limit must be closed until the maturity of the approved loan.

Medical IMM - investment loan
The destination of the investments loan is the acquisition of new medical equipments, real estate (including OUG. 110/2005), and automobiles and commercial vehicle, refurbishment and acclimatization installations.

- Financing medical equipment, including VAT.
- Up to 10 years reimbursement period of the loan
- Grace period of up to 3 months
