Eligibility criteria in case of Direct IMM credit line:

• Financially stable company
• Minimum 1 year experience in the business field
• No overdue loans (CRB)
• No payment incidents recorded in the Incidents Payment Bureau (CIP)

Required documents in case of Direct IMM credit line:

• Last two Annual Balance Sheets stamped by the Financial Administration (if they exist)
• Last semi-annual Balance Sheet
• Last Trial Balance (not older than 2 months)
• Legal documents of the company
• Documents related with the real estate property
• Valid commercial contract between Supplier and Retailer
