Documents and collaterals

You can find out what are the necessary documents when applying for a credit, as well as the collaterals that can be requested by the bank during the process.

Documents required from customers

  • written application for the credit
  • legal documents for the registration and functioning of the company
  • written agreement (consent) for consulting the CRB files
  • financial statements: balance sheets for the past 2 years and the latest trial balance available
  • cash - flow projection (except overdraft, non cash facilities and credits guaranteed with liquid collaterals)
  • investment projection (for investment credits only)
  • ownership certificate for assets or merchandise offered as collateral
  • others

Collaterals accepted

The bank requires solid guarantees:

  • mortgages
  • pledge on goods, merchandise, equipment, shares, cash
  • assignment of receivables
  • letters of guarantee
  • letter of comfort
  • documents/payment instruments ( payment orders confirmed by the payer bank, cheques/ promissory notes assigned in favor of the bank)
