Training Policy

Training programs and targets are identified for employees according to their qualifications and skills and implemented throughout their banking career.

Young employees who join Credit Europe Bank (Romania) S.A. are given a long-term orientation training and later placed at their positions in the concerned departments.

Other employees complete their management and information training in both domestic and overseas training programs, in line with the identified career planning.

All employees have the chance of accepting job offers at both the domestic and overseas Branches of Credit Europe Bank.
