 By Notice no. 119/11.03.2008, CNVM (Romanian National Securities Commission - administrative authority of capital market from Romania, with registered office on Foisorului Street no. 2, sector 3, Bucharest) had registered Credit Europe Bank (Romania) S.A. with CNVM Register, at Section 1 with number PJR01INCR/400012, as authorized intermediary to provide investment services on capital market.
