Transactions on SPOT market
Financial instruments which can be traded by Capital Market Department are:
- stocks,
- rights.
Stocks are shares issued from commercial companies. A share represent a fraction from a capital of a company, divided in equal sections. The incomes obtained from shares are called dividends (and is representing a quota from profits which are not reinvested) and which shareholder is rightfull to posess.
The rights afferents shareholdings (preference rights and allocation rights). Preference rights are financial instruments which confer shareholders the right to subscribe new issued shares before respective shares will be offered to subscription to other shareholders. Preference rights are traded separately by the shares which shareholders is entitled to subscribe. Allocation rights are negotiable securities issued on short term and which certify the right of their holder to take shares when the shares of company are admittable on trading at capital market.
