    Starting from October 2008, our bank has a new shareholder structure as a result of a RON 375,000,000 capital infusion received from Credit Europe NV. From now on our capital is of RON 675,000,001.35. read more

    Credit Europe Bank N.V. (CEB NV) was founded in 1994 in the Netherlands. Today, headquartered in Amsterdam, Credit Europe Bank has branches in Belgium, Germany and Malta, with representative offices in China (Shanghai) and Turkey (Istanbul). Furthermore, as part of the restructuring, in early 2008, CEB NV acquired Credit Europe Bank (Suisse) SA and Credit Europe Bank (Romania) SA. read more
